The service charge is intended to cover the SIM connection costs and any calls, texts or voice messages as well as the alerting services and support that we offer. We will continue to add new capabilities to our solution such as a mobile web app that will be coming soon.

Yes, your subscription will be paid in advance for the coming month. Once you cancel, you will continue to avail of the service until one month after the final payment, when your service will end and you will no longer be able to raise alerts. You may start up an expired subscription at any time.

After you complete the purchase of your chosen device, we'll send you a confirmation email with links to set up your preferred subscription. You'll be able to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

No. All of our devices work independently. The only thing you would need is access to a plug socket in order to use the chargers. Our Wander Alert solution does come with 4 beacons that are placed around the house in order to help identify when you are at home or in a safe place.

The SIM card that we use for all our devices has excellent service, so we expect most places to have good connectivity. Our premium simple and wander alert devices use an LTE-M sim card that has even better coverage.

In the unlikely event that there is no coverage in your area then we will of course refund your purchase.

Don't worry, if you accidentally trigger an alert, then you can cancel again by following the instructions for the specific device. If the alert does get sent, it can be cancelled by one of your guardians and notes can be added to provide an update to the wider guardian network.

We recommend daily charging, even if batteries normally last longer. Battery charge depends on a number of factors: the device you have chosen, the network signal in the area, whether you are using a beacon and whether the device goes into alert mode or not. We are conscious of the need to make battery life as long as possible and always strive with our partners to get at least 24hrs. In the case of the simple alert with an associated beacon, we can see battery life of up to 7 days

After your initial purchase, we'll send you a confirmation email that will include a link to set up your devices as required. The specific details requested will be dependent on the device and service you have purchased.

After the initial setup, if you need to change anything, you will do so by contacting our customer services team.

In the future we expect to launch a mobile app that will allow you to manage these contacts yourself.

All our devices come with a 12-month warranty. If you have an issue with your device during this time and it is covered under the warranty terms, then we'll provide you with a replacement device at no additional cost.

We are currently developing a new application for our devices. Once this application is launched, our customers will be notified.
All alert information is currently available via web link sent out to all contacts via SMS and/or email. This web link automatically updates and shows the user’s last known location and the status of the alert, and allows the contacts to send messages to the user and to resolve the alert.
